ATTEMPT FRAUD - TORONTO, ONTARIO

                All subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

A JVC Crime Prevention Member has reported an attempt fraud which occurred on Thursday, July 14 2016 at approximately 3:00pm at a retail jewellery store located on Avenue road, Toronto, Ontario.

Two Asian male subjects entered the store, stated they were from Beijing and needed to purchase an engagement ring and a Rolex watch before returning.  Items were quickly selected.  The Sales Associate contacted Amex to obtain approval and was informed the name and credit card number did not match.  Subject was using the name Ye Hua Guo.  One subject is tall, wearing glasses and a high end brand name t-shirt, the other male approximately 5'5" tall.  His left arm completely tattooed to his wrist.  Tattoo is all black and grey with some red cherry blossoms.  Both had short black hair.
