On Sunday, April 3rd, 2016 at 3:30pm a male subject (shown above) entered a retail jewellery store located in Southcentre Mall, Calgary, Alberta.  While viewing high end diamond solitaire rings, he allegedly switched one of them with a fake ring and left the store.

The subject is described as a Caucasian male, mid to late 20's, approximately 5'8" tall, both ears are pierced, brown hair and was wearing a wrist bandage, multi coloured plaid shirt and a dark coloured ball cap at the time of this occurrence.

Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the Calgary Police Service at (403) 567-6700 referring to Police File #16-141359.
