                  All subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

On Thursday, July 14th 2016 the male subject shown above entered a retail jewellery store located in Laval, Quebec.  a fraudulent transaction then took place.  The subject allegedly used a Quebec driver's licence as ID to open a store account.  Once he account was set up, four high end jewellery/watch items were purchased.  The store was informed approximately two months later that a stolen identity had been used to open this account.  The account was frozen and an investigation commenced.

The subject is described as a Caucasian male who spoke English.  Height/weight not available.  He is estimated to be in his late 30's, early 40's, wearing prescription eyeglasses, well dressed.
